To keep your hat looking its best for years to come:

- Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent when needed.
- Gently spot clean with a damp cloth for small stains.
- Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals.
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry — this helps preserve the unstructured shape, curved visor, and embroidery.
- Air dry flat or on a hat rack/form. Reshape while damp if necessary.
- Avoid direct sunlight or high heat during drying to prevent fading.

RETURNS - REFUNDS

A baby deer cries every time an order goes wrong. We don't want that (for obvious reasons), so our goal at Mister and Misses Collections is that you love your order and go around telling everybody. Period.

Our sizes run true, so there shouldn't be any issues there. However, if something arrives damaged, defective, or just "wrong", we'll make it right. Just let us know within 30 Days and you'll get a full refund.
